公司发条弹簧主要产品所用的不锈钢带及特殊钢带材料来源于日本、台湾、马来西亚、韩国等地,国产材料来源于国内大型精密钢材企业。目前公司的产品已经广泛的应用于液晶电脑显示器升降支架、汽车专用马达、医疗、升降风扇、提拉门窗配件、吸尘器、售货架等各个领域。本公司配有专用分条设备650mm纵剪分条机2台(小分切宽度2mm，分条公差±0.05mm），洛氏、维氏精密硬度检测仪、磨边机、卷簧机、热处理恒温炉、专用检测仪等一系列专业生产线及检测设备。为追求产品的，不断的从原材料、生产加工工艺以及自动化工业生产等方面锐力进取，并参照日本、德国之生产工艺，从原材料的分条、磨圆边、到弹簧的卷制、剪切、尾部加工和热处理，以及产品各项指标的检测，均采用自动化工业机器连续生产。
